Which fix is free?

The one with the lowest price of your three. If two tie, the one you added last is free.

The free fix is worth up to $300, about three hours of work at our $95 hourly rate. If your free fix is priced above $300, we take $300 off it and you pay only the difference. You always see the exact amount before you check out.

Why do I pay up front?

So the work can start right away. You see the exact price before you check out, and all you need is your email: no account and no password. Square processes the card, and HanDI never sees or stores your card number. Your HanDI account is set up for you after you pay.

What if my fix turns out bigger than listed?

We stop and tell you what we found and what it would take. Nothing extra is charged without your approval.

Can I get a refund?

Paid time we have not worked yet is refundable under our terms. Paid fixes are worked first. The free fix has no cash value.

What if you can't fix it?

Then you do not pay for that fix. We refund it in full and tell you what we found.

Can I claim the free fix more than once?

No, it is one free fix per business. After that, any three fixes are simply priced as listed.

What if what I need is not on the board?

Send a quick request with no account needed, and we will reply with what it takes.
