Every job on this site carries an hour estimate. You pay the estimate to get started, and if a job runs over we tell you before we carry on. There are three ways to buy the hours, and they all draw against the same estimates.

  One verified payment funds an allowance at the displayed acquisition rate. Work stays valued at $95 per service hour, and the allowance expires 60 days later.

How a job runs

1. See the estimate. Each job shows the hours we think it takes and what that costs at your rate.
2. Pay it to begin. Paid up front, or drawn from hours you have already banked. That is what puts your job in the queue.
3. If it runs over, you hear it from us first. We stop and tell you before we carry on, with what we found and what it adds.
4. Extra hours need authority. In-scope additional hours are charged only within recharge limits you explicitly choose; otherwise work pauses for approval.

The small print, in plain English

• Each verified retainer payment funds one allowance at $50 per credit hour. Work remains valued at $95 per service hour. The allowance expires 60 days after verified payment and consumes oldest eligible time first. Automatic renewal is not currently offered.
• If a job comes in under its estimate, you are not charged for hours nobody worked.
• Estimates are a first pass from typical effort. We track actuals against them and adjust, so prices move with real data rather than guesswork.
