Offshoring assessment
Offshoring assessment sits in our Operations Consulting practice. You get a specific recommendation you can act on, with the reasoning shown, rather than a deck that restates what you already told us.
How it works
- Describe the job. Tell us what's broken or what you need built. Screenshots and links welcome.
- Review the estimate. See the expected hours, scope, assumptions, exclusions, and $95 service-hour value before work starts.
- Delivered to the approved scope. You get the agreed deliverable and a walkthrough. Report a validated scope issue within 30 days and we correct that delivered scope without deducting more credits.

Common questions
Offshoring assessment: how much does it cost?
It is quoted as an hour estimate at $95 a service hour, and you see the number before any work starts. Jobs of this type on HanDI typically land at $950. If the work comes in under the estimate you are not charged for hours nobody worked.
Offshoring assessment: how long does it take?
10 hours of work is typical, scheduled once you approve the estimate. If the job turns out to need more than that, we stop and tell you what we found and what it adds before carrying on.
Offshoring assessment: what do you need from me to start?
How the process runs today, who touches it, and where it keeps going wrong.
Offshoring assessment: get an estimate
Tell us what’s wrong. We’ll reply with what it takes and an estimate before any work starts.
