Team coaching sits in our Change & Transformation practice. You get a specific recommendation you can act on, with the reasoning shown, rather than a deck that restates what you already told us.
How it works
- Describe the job. Tell us what's broken or what you need built. Screenshots and links welcome.
- Review the estimate. See the expected hours, scope, assumptions, exclusions, and $95 service-hour value before work starts.
- Delivered to the approved scope. You get the agreed deliverable and a walkthrough. Report a validated scope issue within 30 days and we correct that delivered scope without deducting more credits.

Team coaching: how much does it cost?
It is quoted as an hour estimate at $95 a service hour, and you see the number before any work starts. Jobs of this type on HanDI typically land at $190 to $285. If the work comes in under the estimate you are not charged for hours nobody worked.
Team coaching: how long does it take?
2 to 3 hours of work is typical, scheduled once you approve the estimate. If the job turns out to need more than that, we stop and tell you what we found and what it adds before carrying on.
