Terms of Service

These terms explain how estimated work, funded-hour credits, approvals, delivery, and account access operate in HanDI.

Version 2026-08-23-v2 · Effective August 23, 2026

1. Service relationship

HanDI is a Clever Wolf Digital service for digital production, troubleshooting, marketing technology, analytics, automation, ecommerce, and related work. You must be authorized to act for the customer account and provide accurate information. Creating an account does not obligate HanDI to accept every request.

2. Estimates and scope

Services are valued at $95 per estimated service hour. An estimate describes the expected scope, assumptions, exclusions, and hours. It is not a fixed-price promise. Work begins after the customer accepts the estimate and eligible credits are funded or reserved.

If in-scope work is expected to exceed the approved estimate, HanDI pauses for added-hour approval unless an active recharge authorization clearly covers that charge. Work outside the approved scope always requires a separate change approval.

3. Funded-hour credits

One eligible credit hour funds 60 minutes of approved service work. A credit's purchase price is separate from the $95 service-hour value. HanDI records the purchase price, funded lot, reservations, usage, returns to the wallet, and refunds in the account ledger.

Non-retainer standard credits do not expire under this version of the terms. Promotional credits and retainer allowances expire as described below. Used or reserved time cannot be transferred between companies.

4. Introductory promotion

The introductory offer is available to all companies from August 24, 2026 at 7:00 AM HST through August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM HST. It sells eligible prepaid credit hours for $30 each, capped at 20 hours per company. Those credits still fund work valued at $95 per service hour and expire 60 days after verified payment. The exact checkout price and remaining company cap are determined before purchase. Promotional purchases have the refund rules stated in the Refund Policy.

5. Retainers

Each successfully verified retainer payment creates one allowance cycle. The allowance expires 60 days after that payment, and the oldest eligible credits are used first. A scheduled, pending, late, or failed payment does not add or reset hours. HanDI does not automatically renew retainers under this version of the terms.

6. Payments and saved methods

Square processes payments; HanDI does not store card numbers. Current checkout is for a one-time payment and does not authorize future charges. Automatic recharge remains off and unavailable until HanDI provides a separate saved-card consent flow stating the trigger, purchase quantity, maximum credit rate, monthly cap, project cap, and cancellation method.

7. Delivery and customer responsibilities

Customers must provide timely decisions, lawful content, and authorized access through the requested secure method. Delivery dates are estimates unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Delays caused by missing access, third parties, provider outages, or changed requirements may change the schedule and estimate.

Customers should report an alleged failure to meet the approved scope within 30 days after delivery. HanDI will validate the issue and, when appropriate, correct the delivered scope without deducting additional credits. New requirements, third-party changes, maintenance, and misuse are separate work.

8. Acceptable use and credentials

Do not place passwords, payment-card data, private keys, or regulated sensitive data in a work request. Do not ask HanDI to infringe rights, evade security controls, send unlawful messages, or access systems without authority. HanDI may pause unsafe or unlawful work.

9. Intellectual property and portfolio use

After full payment, the customer owns final custom deliverables created specifically for the approved project, excluding pre-existing tools, templates, open-source components, and third-party materials. HanDI receives no permission to display customer work publicly without separate approval.

10. Limits and disputes

To the extent allowed by law, HanDI is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential loss, and total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected project or funded lot. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited. Hawaii law governs, and the parties will first attempt good-faith informal resolution.

11. Changes and contact

The accepted terms version remains in the transaction record. Material changes apply prospectively and will be presented for acceptance when required. Questions or cancellation requests may be sent to quincy@cleverwolfdigital.com.

HanDI is a Clever Wolf Digital service governed by Hawaii law.
